Problem definition:

The Sanergy (Pvt) Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of HUAWEI that undertakes the repairing

huawei warranty Telephones to Sri Lankan customers. Except marketing huawei mobile

phones, all the other related items in telecommunication items such as mobile phones,

Routers, Dongles,Modems etc.

Most of the employees in Sanergy( pvt) ltd, are technical people there are only few computer

literally people. From those few people, it is difficult to find a employee who has knowledge

to design a website.

But as well stabilized company in Sri Lanka they need to operating a website and also

according to their company background frequently they should change their contents.

Content Management System quite literally allows you to control and manage the content

within your web site without technical training. Simply if you have just a little experience

with Microsoft Word then you will be able to manage the content of your own web site very

easily indeed. You need have no programming or HTML experience. Editing can be done

with any normal web browser from anywhere in the world.

To create an attractive and efficient content management system.

Project Objectives

Give them a user friendly control panel.

Propose the fully functional website with navigation, contents, and interactive graphical

interfaces.

Creating a normalized database.

Provide the system with user authentication facility.

Purchase the domain name for hosting a website such as www.sanergy.com

Need an Internet broadband for browsing the website

Need hosting server with MySQL for upload the sanergy MySQL database

Providing questioners and interviewing the employees

Product Description

A content Management System is a system itself is definable as a tool or combination or tools

that facilitate the efficient and effective production of the desired 'output' using the managed

content. Content is in essence, any type or 'unit' of digital information. It can be text, images,

graphics, video, sound, documents, records etc, or in other words anything that is likely to be

managed in an electronic format.
