Present purpose:The following project reference is my past works showed my experience and problems facing that is included some contracting and lighting for your review and consideration. The content is included my solid experience and acquire knowledge from project handling.

Projects items:

▪ Philips signage (Lighting) --- 1st large scale LED signage in Hong Kong

▪ Waterfront building façade at Saudi Arabia Dubai KAFD hotel (oversea lighting project)

Project:TCC400 Tai Wai station new development

for east railway

Job role: Electrical services and cooperate with other E&M with colleague.

Facing difficulties:

▪ New and complicated technical requirement handling

▪ Handle various railway domestic signaling contractors

▪ Handle cable routing with other services in the tied areas

▪ Handling tie schedule and budget.

Handle various railway domestic signaling contractors

- We based on limited design from consultant with various design faults to discuss with KCRC registration engineer and consult to solve differ problems during construction stage.

- We need fully understood signaling contractor equipment requirement to provide our services interface with their services.

- We are handled total 22 numbers signaling contractor in this project.

We are not only serve the KCRC contractors but also need on time to complete our electrical services on time in the tie schedule.

Handle cable routing with other services in the tied areas

This both photos an examples for the limited area for

signaling contractor services in station platform at

existing area and new phase area. We need considerate

the signal cable bending radius.

This photos showed area is the complicated area for our

E&M services included signaling, electrical, fire services

in existing area.

Project:Philips signage at immigration tower Hong Kong

Job role:

Monitor the installation quality and build up product specification to fulfill E&M standards.

Facing difficulties:

- We are under incomplete product specification, installation contract with complicated relationship in between department of Philips company to work out.

- Rework product specification and installation contract, both are important and necessary in urgent.

- We need to provide clear job role for manufacturer and contractor to build up their liability. Based on this situation.

- We are working under pressure because of the 1st LED signage of Philips, corporate company is focused on the company image.

- Facing differ country working culture.

and safety to avoid the illegal.

- Provide lighting fixture for the mounting to interface their façade.

- Provide demo mock up for their designer review.

- E&M services in the lighting contract.

- Sourcing reliable and qualify supplier

Facing difficulties:

- Facing differ country working culture.

- Internal department competition.
