Aspects of telework which are to be covered in the project TELESOL:

• state of communications, technical development, necessary hardware/software…

• legal, financial, fiscal issues, cultural diversity;• management of the synchronous work, quality control,

certification, telework personnel development;• distributed office as a telework within one company;• tele-services (tele-medicine, tele-education, …)

• Offshore programming telework in Russia: 150M euro, 20-40% annual growth

• Offshore programming telework in Ukraine: 45M euro, 80-100% annual growth

Expected results of the project TELESOL:
