SUMMIT SPORTS MASSAGEImprove your athletic performance with the combination of deep tissue massage and the use of our therapeutic sports massage oil. This massage relieves fatigue and stress in the muscles before or after physical activity. It is useful for prevention of lactic-acid build-up and helps to improve mobility.

COUPLES MASSAGEReconnect and relax while you enjoy a shared experience. In the same treatment room, two different therapists will bring you both into relaxation and a blissful state of mind. Minimum 24-hour reservation recommended.

MOTHER EARTH PRENATAL MASSAGEFor a deserving, expectant mother, this massage addresses the discomforts of pregnancy by improving circulation and promoting relaxation. We use techniques created for various stages of pregnancy and discuss your specific needs and limitations prior to the treatment. Available after the first trimester.

RIVERBED SMOOTH STONE MASSAGELet your body bask in the deep, penetrating heat emitted by warm river stones used to massage your muscles. Basalt stones are applied to the body in long flowing strokes to induce deep relaxation, relieve tension, and restore overall balance. Minimum 24-hour reservation recommended.

MOUNTAIN SANCTUARY THAI MASSAGEThis treatment applied atop a Thai massage mat blends stretching, rhythmic massage, yoga-like positions, and hand compressions to balance the physical body and stimulate energy flow. WASATCH MYOFASCIAL MASSAGEBalance your body with this specialized treatment to relieve patterns of physical misalignment by deep manipulation and reorganization of connective tissue and fascia. Each session is focused on a different part of the body, using deep pressure and breath work. The ultimate goal, along with resetting alignment patterns, is to improve movement and posture, reduce stress and create an overall sense of wellbeing. Please wear loose athletic shorts. ARRIVAL Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to begin your relaxation and become acclimated to our calming environment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time and the regular fee will apply.

CANCELLATIONS Promontory Spa requires 24-hours notice for any individual cancellation, and 48-hours notice for any group cancellation (six or more). If you must cancel, please honor these time frames. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the cost of the services scheduled. APPOINTMENT TIMES Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. We do recommend that you always reserve 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability of your desired service and time. GRATUITIES Gratuities are not included in the price of individual spa services and are at your discretion. If you do not specify a gratuity amount, 18% will be added for you. CONTRAINDICATIONS If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, have allergies or are using any acne medications, please notify our Spa staff so we may assist you in choosing the right treatments.

EMBRACE THE SILENCE Please speak softly throughout the Spa. For the comfort of all our guests, please turn off cell phones and electronic devices.

JEWELRY Please leave personal belongings and jewlery in the locker provided. Each treatment room provides a small tray to store jewlery if preferred. Please do not place in robe pockets as small items tend to get lost.

CLOTHING During treatments our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. CHILDREN As a courtesy to fellow members experiencing their service and for your own relaxation, we ask that you do not bring children into the Spa. GIFT CERTIFICATES We offer gift certificates for all occasions. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and will expire one year from date of purchase.

PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES We will gladly accept any retail return within 30 days of purchase and if accompanied by a receipt.
