In my view Honda product should be plotted in commitment section of this power grid that is greater connect with consumers and respect .To attain this objective, my approach would be focused on the persons having impact on buying decision like mechanics, existing customers, auto parts retailor.I will try to make these persons convinced that HONDA is the best brand. Gone are the days when sales man play critical role in sales now a days customer enter in showroom after deciding product. I termed these people middleman and his association with brand will be my aim. there are many ways which I think may be useful like free training session for mechanics, some monetary, non monetary benefit like certification, recognition, name board etc.

Post sales initiative like VIP treatment to customer at the time of service ,very reasonable charges ,specialist treatment to vehicle, fast & easy insurance claim settlement ,regular free service camp, will help in associating existing customers. Some time a cup of coffee & tea do more than lac of advertisement.

Consultancy in the field of finance & service will also be my priority. Generally people needs support in the field of finance .They are not clear about problems of vehicle they cm into workshop with some vague problem like vehicle not running smoothly ,average is not as claimed at time of sales. In such condition if he was told specific problem of vehicle & he find vehicle repaired beautifully he will appreciate product & service. Finance play role of lubrication in decision process .I will try to convince local bank manger to facilitate finance to prospective customers.

Never say no to customer this will be guiding sentence .maintenance of variety of product In different color, price, cc also bring customer back.

To spread awareness road show, canopy in distant rural places may prove helpful.

Guiding line for my business decisions

1. cut your cost, charge resoanable, earn little from more (customer base increase)

2. Never say no to customer

3. Customer, after sale as important person as before sale

4. Customer is the brand ambassador of product. (No advertisement, how beautifully conceived it may, can replace a satisfied customer)
