Facility Overview

The Resort sits on approximately

2 1/3 acres on Main Street in

downtown North Creek.

The original building was built in

1989.

A new wing was added in 1997

increasing the size of the Resort

to 35,000 sq ft, while at the same

time the original interior structure

was completely renovated.

Additional renovations and

upgrades were done in 2009,

2010, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017

There are two restaurants on

the property and banquet facilities.

The Resort has 31 guest rooms

and suites ranging in size from 350 to

800 sq ft., plus there is considerable

opportunity for additional development

Street in North Creek, NY.

Physical Plant

The Copperfield is a green facility which is heated and

cooled geo-thermally, with a propane fueled furnace

serving as an on-call back-up in winter.

Newly installed Solar Hot Water System.

The property is entirely handicap accessible.

There is a propane fueled back-up generator which

automatically kicks in to provide power throughout the

facility during power outages.

The entire facility is air conditioned.


Room Types – Demi Suite

Our three 500 sq ft Demi Suites feature one King sized bed with down duvet with a separate seating

area with pull-out sofa bed, writing desk and entertainment unit. Each bathroom has a double basin

marble vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate Swedish shower. Other amenities include armoire with second

Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio alarm clock, ski rack and

electronic safe.


Room Types – Fireplace Suite

Our 575 sq ft two-room Fireplace Suite contains a spacious living room with a fireplace, sleeper sofa,

Flat Screen TV & DVD, dining table, refrigerator and wet bar. Off the living room is a separate bedroom

with King size bed with down duvet and a Flat Screen TV & DVD. The bathroom has a double basin

marble vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate Swedish shower. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron

and ironing board, radio alarm clock, ski rack and electronic safe. Off of the Bedroom is a private balcony.


Room Types – Townhouse Suite

Our 800 sq ft Townhouse Suite spans two floors connected by a spiral staircase. The downstairs living

area has is pullout sofa, Flat screen TV & DVD, private patio and wet bar, and a large marble bath with

Swedish shower. The upstairs bedroom has a King size bed with down duvet, a Flat Screen TV & DVD.

Also upstairs is a second large marble bath room with a double basin marble vanity, a Jacuzzi tub and

separate Swedish shower. Other amenities include armoire with second Flat Screen TV & DVD player,

Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio alarm clock, ski rack and electronic safe.


Room Types – Executive King

Larger than our Standard King, our 425 sq ft Executive King guest rooms feature one King sized bed

with a down duvet; a pull-out sofa bed; a luxurious marble bathroom with a combination shower and

roman tub or Jacuzzi. Other amenities include an armoire with a Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, hair

dryer, iron and ironing board, radio alarm clock, ski rack and electronic safe.


Room Types – Standard King

Our eight Standard King Rooms range in size between 350 and 400 sq ft They feature one King sized

bed with a down duvet; pull-out sofa bed; luxurious marble bathroom with combination shower and roman

tub and amenities such as a Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio

alarm clock, ski rack and electronic safe.


Room Types – Standard Double Queen

Our 14 Standard Double Queen Rooms range in size between 350 and 400 sq ft They feature two

Queen sized beds with down duvets; pull-out sofa bed; luxurious marble bathroom with combination

shower and roman tub and amenities such as, a Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and

ironing board, radio alarm clock, ski rack and electronic safe.


Restaurant Facilities

There are two full service restaurants on the property:

Trappers Tavern is a very popular bar &

grill which can seat 60 guests. It also has a

large Après-Ski following and features

weekly live entertainment.

Above the fireplace is a large Moose Head

shot by President Teddy Roosevelt in the

1880’s.

Lorenzo’s can seat 50 guests. It also has

an additional seasonal outdoor patio

dining area.


Meeting & Banquet Rooms – Ballroom

Our dividable 2,600 sq ft Ballroom is the largest Banquet Space available between Lake George and

Lake Placid. It can accommodate up to 200 people as well as a modular dance floor. In this highly

configurable space the Copperfield has hosted weddings, proms, corporate meetings, theatrical

productions as well as various community events. The Ballroom also opens out to an outdoor patio area.

Meeting & Banquet Rooms – Hunt Room

Our 1,200 sq ft Hunt room located on the lower level, can be divided into two 600 sq ft meeting rooms.

This configurable meeting space is often used for rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and smaller

community gatherings.

The restaurant space in Lorenzo's is very easily configurable and opens onto the patio and garden area.

When the restaurant is closed, this room has been used frequently for cocktail parties, wine tastings,
