PROPOSAL TO ORGANIZE: LARIAN GEGAR NEON 2014
1.0 INTRODUCTION
This proposal is to seek approval from the Institute Management
Coordination
Meeting to participate Larian Gegar Neon 2014, which is
organized and owned by University
Malaya. The event will be held on 22th November 2014, and the
location will be along
University Malaya. The event start and finish at Dewan Tunku
Canselor, Universiti Malaya,
Kuala Lumpur. The distance of this event is 10km. For more

Larian Gegar Neon 2014is one of the platform, for students to
test themselves in term
of discipline and commitment. This event also could be a
platform for MITEC student makes
MITEC proud.
2.0 OBJECTIVES
2.1 Seek approval from the Dean for the program.
2.2 Notification to students who are interested in joining
marathon challenge.

November 2014.
8.0 CONCLUSION
We hope that this program will run smoothly as scheduled and as
a mechanism to
gather all My M1TEC and to enhance motivation among students to
achieve co
curriculum, sports and academic excellence. In addition, the
talents of students in
physical sports can be born through the inovolvement of these
event. We also hope
Dean can approve the expenses and transportation for the
realization of this event.
