I. The Backgrounds

In our time, having relation is important. Even if on jobs or in social life.

Because of that, there’s a good reason if we start this relationship from childhood.

Sang Timur Senior High School makes a set of various competitions, to build

relationship and to introduce Sang Timur High School more to wide citizens,

especially for junior high school students. We also have hopes to give “tools” to every

students from different schools to socialize.

With that reason also, Sang Timur Senior High Schools makes an activity that

purposed to make and build “fair” spirits inside every competitors. We also hope that

this acttivity will be a great competition for every competitors to share their skills

from the musical, academics, and also sports competition that we made.

The sporsonship types listed are :

1. Sponsor Fee : Rp. 12.000.000,00 (twelve million rupiah).

2. The 1st package sposorship got exclusive rights as The Single Sponsor in The STC 2012

and it’s only for one company / instance.

3. The Sponsor’s name is inculded in every promotion media that have been determined

by every commitee.

4. In additon to give sponsor fee, The Sponsors were allowed to give product types that

produced by itself (if The Sponsor produce consumptions / prizes / commitee’s outfits/

etc.)

5. Ther 1st package sponsor have 2 stands (One big stand and one small Stand) in the point

that have been determined by the commitees.

6. The Sponsor’s taxes were paid by the sponsor’s itself.

7. The sponsor’s name are tagged in every sponsorhip media.

posters that will be placed on the streets and junior high schools with provision :

Companies/Instances that are interested to make sell their products are allowed to

make stand with provision :

DONATIONS

Donation is a type of voluntary support from an instace or a company. Here is the list of

donation that you can give to us.

1. Food Donations

Instance/Company give the lunch supplies to commitees, MC, refrees, juries, and

every invited guests during the STC 2012.

The Sponsor name will be the only-one lunch sponsor.

Procedures and Provisions :

1. The Time Limit of Sponsorship is 14th of January 2012

2. Signs The Letter of Agreement Between The Commitee and The Sponsor.

3. Give the advance 40% of the Money that have been written. The Repayment of 60%

should be done less than a week.

4. The payment receipt must be given to the commitee as much as the money that have

been written through cash bank transfer to one of these accounts :

Implementation of the agreement

The Agreement will be do by the commitees that brought the procuration with the responsible

man from the company/instance.

Additional Notes :

If in The STC 2012 found a one-only sponsor, the commitees won’t apply donations in the

package form. Therefore, The comitees still receive donations except:

b. Advertising

c. Catering

d. Mass Media that will be used as Publication.
