Outline• Preliminary Meeting to review EmKey’s potential pipeline project• Pipeline Utilization

– Transport natural gas from newly developed Shale exploration– Allow access to local municipalities and end users

• Route– Anticipated route from Morrisville to Windsor

• Estimated length of 75 mile– Plan to utilize ROW acquired from Norse– Incorporate route/approval previously received from PSC

• 16” steel pipeline Case 09-T-0499– Currently reviewing ROW

• Type of Pipeline– Currently Engineering for Utilization– Steel Pipeline

• Coated steel from 16” to 24”• Pressure rating of approximately 1400 psi

• Type of PSC Filing– Article 7 Filing– PSC to be lead agency
