4 Port of Puteri Harbour Ferry Terminal

2010 / 2013 Can accommodate four ferries to berth at one time. Facilities

available include arrival hall, office spaces, shop lots and ticketing

counters and also houses the Custom, Immigration, Quarantine

and Port Clearance point for incoming tourists

5 Traders Hotel

2010 / 2013 The first international hospitality brand in Nusajaya – Traders Hotel

by Shangri-La. Total 283 rooms and suites with room night ranges
