The Quality Engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing manual and automating tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.). This position will have a direct impact on our success by helping to create our next generation product suite. Responsibilities: Writing clear, concise and comprehensive BDD – acceptance Test Cases with Gherkin / Cucumber. Gherkin / Cucumber knowledge is required. Write Groovy test fixtures for Cucumber methods in test frameowrk Execute regression tests on Sauce Labs for Browser and Mobile Devices Maintain UI and API automation frameworks Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured BDD Acceptance Scenarios, Tests Plans and Cases Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Monitor debugging process results Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Participate in an agile team to deliver technology products Follow established best practices established by the team to ensure quality and timely delivery Success Factors:

• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Understanding of healthcare systems and their application to customer needs. • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the

department or business goals.

Experience:

• 3+ years proven experience in Java, Groovy – and the ability to write code from scratch • 3+ years proven experience with Selenium Webdriver and/or Cucumber • Experience with TestNG, Gradle, Java, Rest Assured, Spring, Appium, Sauce Labs is

desired • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience • 3+ years in quality assurance, quality engineering or software testing • Proven work experience in software quality assurance • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and cross-functional teams

(Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, UI/UX Designers) • Hands-on experience with both UI and API testing • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing • Hands-on experience with JSON structures and data generation • Strong communication and collaboration skills
