Its time to connect this straight table with the gage chart so-@ goto the sheet where gage

chart is -@goto the properties o! the gage chart. ;e are going to add an action which ta#e s

to the sheet where the straight table is present. Go to the ction tab-@hit the dd btton

-@Select the action ctivate Sheet and give the id o! the $eport sheet which is SHreport.

Pivot Table pivot table is a data smmariJation tool !ond in data visaliJation programs sch as

spreadsheets or bsiness intelligence so!tware. mong other !nctions, a pivot-table can

atomaticall* sort, cont, total or give the average o! the data stored in one table o

spreadsheet. It displa*s the reslts in a second table 8called a Kpivot tableK9 showing the

smmariJed data. Pivot tables are also se!l !or Lic#l* creating nweighted cross

tablations. The ser sets p and changes the smmar*Ms strctre b* dragging and dropping!ields graphicall*. This rotate the vales dimensionall* as in the *earl* or monthl*.

Go to the new sheet ob2ect-@charts-@pivot table.

In the $adar chart a option is available which will split the chart according to members

available in the chart. To per!orm this come to the %imensions tab then clic# on the Trellis

option.
