Brief description of the ClientThe Chamber of Notaries of the City of Buenos Aires brings together the scribes of the City of Buenos Aires.

Solution ‘Project SIGNO’ provides custom web application that allows clerks to create budgets and electronic invoices, based on existing templates that represent the most commonly used operations in their profession. It also lets them create or modify formulas and calculation bases easily.

The application is integrated with the web services of the AFIP (Federal Administration of Taxes and Income), allowing the immediate online generation of electronic invoices, credit and debit notes.

Based on a multitenant system, SIGNO allows the user to manage invoices and collection; keeps track of every client's checking accounts; and includes a taylor-made CRM, which allows the user to interact in a sleek and efficient manner with its clients.

Last but not least, SIGNO offers accounting forms and reports, which help alleviate the workload in the administration and finance areas of the notarial companies, both in their day to day operations and their monthly taxes reports.

The system works from any PC browser, tablet or smartphone.

The ChallengeArgentina’s new tax rules require clerks, notaries and scribes to generate billing for professional services in electronic form. This obligates them to dedicate valuable time and financial resources in acquiring and learning a new billing system.

The Chamber of Notaries responded to these needs by offering its members a custom, simple, easy to use, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.
