AN ACT INSTITUTING THE COMPREHENSIVE DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT OF 2002, REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 642,OTHER!ISE "NO!N AS THE DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT OF #$72, AS AMENDED, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR
