Our YSS Series Y-Pipes are constructed of 304 grade stainless steel. They are available in the standard “Weld-In Style” or the “Slip-On Style” which can be installed using our Step-Down Style Band Clamps.

TSS Series

Our T Series Exhaust Tips blow the exhaust away from your vehicle. They are made of 14 gauge aluminized steel tubing. Our tips are designed to bolt on directly behind our Race Ready Performance Electric Exhaust Cutout.

ST SeriesThis exhaust tip can be rotated a full 360 ° to blow the exhaust gasses

away from the vehicle. It bolts up behind the RRP Electric Exhaust Cutout or can also be bolted directly to any standard 3-bolt header �ange. It is

currently available in 2 ½” and 3” diameters and is 6 ½” long.

Our stainless steel Swivel Tips add that extra touch of class and are functional at the same time. With the loose �ange style con�guration, you can position the tip to blow the exhaust in any direction and simply tighten the �ange down around it. These are an exceptional addition to your Race Ready Performance electric exhaust cutouts. Available in 2 ½” and 3” diameters.

EXT Series Extension Tube

Our NEW Flange Adapter Ring bolts to the 4-bolt Lakester style or similar header �ange and adapts the 4-bolt �ange to the 3-bolt �ange of the Race Ready Performance Electric Exhaust Cutout part #EC350. These are for 3.5" diameter pipe and are machined out of T6061 billet aluminum.

Finally, an electric exhaust cutout for Lakester style headers.

Our versatile extension tubes are 8 inches long and have a �ange welded to one end. Used for those tight areas where a standard Y-pipe just won't �t, they can be cut to length as needed and welded in place. They come in an aluminized version as well as 304 stainless steel.

RRP’sStandard Switch Deluxe Switch

This great looking illuminated rocker switch comes standardwith the ECS Series and the ECD Series kits. It has an LED light built into it and comes with a trim bezel for a nice clean install.

Race Ready Performance has a number of switch upgrades to choose from. This is our Deluxe Black Rocker.

It has a sleek, bold look that looks great on any dash or console.

RRP Wireless Actuator (Remote Control)

Don’t want to cut a hole in your dash. The RRP Wireless Actuator is the way to go. The remote control module will actuate your RRP electric exhaust cutouts via a key fob style controller. This RCU can be used instead of, or in conjunction with, the standard hard wired rocker switch. This is a plug-and-play unit. Simply plug it in the wiring harness where the standard switch would normally plug in.

This is a great add-on to any RRP electric exhaust cutout system and can be retro-�tted to any vehicle that already has the RRP electric cutouts installed. Again, simply plug-and-play.

That’s 2/10,000ths of an inch.

Our Proprietary High Torque Gear Motor. It has been speci�cally designed to stand up against the high temperature and high vibration environment of the exhaust system.

A True Double Sealed Butter�y. The radius edge of the butter�y closes against a bull-nosed seat for atight seal. PLUS, there is a High Temp Silicone O-Ring pressed into the body for a true double seal. THESE WILL NOT LEAK. GUARANTEED!

The T6061 grade billet aluminum body is milled to .600” thick for durability. Our high tech CNC mills will machine this piece to within .005” or 5/1000ths of the speci�ed dimensions.

Our slotted mounting holes give you 360 of rotation for ease of installation in those tight areas.

Our quality, strict tolerances, and attention to detail give us the ability to o�er the RRP Lifetime Warranty on all of the products we manufacture.

Terms and Conditions

This policy is valid for the original owner of the Race Ready Performance product. It is non-transferrable.

The Race Ready Performance warranty card must be �lled out or the product must be registered via our online registration page and submitted within 30 days of purchase.

The Race Ready Performance product must be on the vehicle that it was originally registered to.

The Race Ready Performance product will be replaced or repaired at RRP's sole discretion.

Within the �rst 12 months of purchase, Race Ready Performance will pay warranty related shipping costs one way, after that 12 month period ends, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs to and from our repair facility plus a $29.00 procession fee.

The Race Ready Performance warranty does NOT cover damage due to salt, sand, chemical exposure, or submersion in water.

This warranty is VOID if there is any indication of physical damage or abuse of any kind.

Install the Race Ready Performance Y-Pipe in the exhaust system using the standard Weld-In Style or the Bolt-In Style Y-pipe.

Bolt the Race Ready Performance Electric Exhaust Cutout to the �ange on the Y-pipe with the stainless steel bolts and nuts provided in the kit.

Mount the switch in the desired location.

Install the wiring harness.

Connect the positive lead to a power source and the negative lead to ground.
