Raising Money for iLevel  

At present, not all insurance companies cover iLevel technology.  At Quantum Rehab, we believe that 

the seat elevation and stability features of iLevel are simply revolutionary and provide unique benefits 

that will enhance your mobility and your independence. Some consumers have turned to fundraising to 

absorb the cost of iLevel.  One approach to fundraising is called “crowd funding” where people in need 

of help reach out online to request support from a large group.  One such program, GoFundMe.com (not 

affiliated with Quantum Rehab in any way) works like this… 

Directions for setting up your campaign on GoFundMe.com: 

1. Visit GoFundMe.com 

 

 

2. Click “Sign Up Free” 

 

3. Sign up by using your Facebook page or entering your email address.  

 

 

4. Fill out the information for your campaign:

5. Upload a picture for your campaign using your Facebook page, a file from your computer or a

YouTube/Vimeo video.

 

6. Tell your story. Include information on how this technology will benefit your life and your safety. 

Explain the costs of the technology. Giving a personal account of how this will better your 

quality of life will help potential donors understand why this is so important.  

 

Step 7. Share your campaign! Share via email, on social media sites and with family and friends. The 

more you share, the better chance of donations.  

 

7. Figure out who will be in charge of the money for your campaign. Choose either yourself, a close 

friend or relative.  

 

8. Once you set up your account, you will be prompted to verify your account by phone call or text 

messaging. Provide your phone number and choose to be called or receive a text message with 

the verification code.  

 

9. Set up an account on “We Pay” in order to withdraw cash from your campaign.  

 

10. After setting your password for your WePay account, you will receive another text message with

a new code.

 

11. Start raising money!
