1. Outline of the RakuPo Plan The RakuPo Plan (cafeteria plan) is a benefit package designed to assist
employees’ self-support and awareness-raising. In this plan, employees can freely
select and use benefit menu options, offered by the company, to meet their lifestyle,
using their points.
“Benefit Station” operated by Benefit One Inc., a leading benefit service provider,
also serves as the point of contact for the benefit package. * What is Benefit Station?
It is a comprehensive package service station offering benefit services including sports
club uses and child/nursing/family care services at special prices.

Employees covered by Rakuten health insurance
Effective period of Healthy Points
April 1– March 15 Basically, annual Healthy Points must be used within the fiscal year.
* Healthy Points cannot be carried over to the next fiscal year. Healthy Points
remaining at the end of the fiscal year become invalid.
Type of Healthy Points
Basic Healthy Points: 15,000 Healthy Points Members can select from the menu freely within annual Healthy Points.

Rules for use of Healthy Points
(1) Monthly provision of Healthy Points The following Healthy Points are provided to employees who joined the company
in the middle of the fiscal year, based on the month of employment.

What are Healthy Points?
Healthy Points are provided to insured employees by the Rakuten Health
Insurance Society.
Healthy Points can be used in the RakuPo Plan.
* Please note that Healthy Points and Rakuten Super Points are different
point systems.
* Some employees may receive no points due to data closing dates but they will receive 15,000
Healthy Points in or after April for the new fiscal year.
Closing date of Healthy Point application
Every month: 15th
End of fiscal year: March 15 * Please note that the preceding business day is the closing date for cash back
application if the 15th is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.
<Important>
Reapplication may not be accepted if there is any flaw in a document
accompanying an application made at the end of a fiscal year.
Please make sure that all documents required for application are complete.

Adjustment of Healthy Point
✓If the remaining Healthy Points are fewer than the points
applied for
If the remaining Healthy Points are fewer than the points applied for, adjustment
(reimbursement) is made up to a ceiling of the remaining Healthy Points.
* Application is controlled so that users cannot make an application exceeding
the remaining Healthy Points.
✓If the applied for Healthy Points is more than the paid amount
If the applied for Healthy Points exceeds the amount shown on the receipt,
points are consumed up to a ceiling of the paid amount.
✓If the employee is on temporary retirement
Employees on maternity/child care leave can use the Benefit Station and the
RakuPo Plan as usual.
✓If the employee is on overseas assignment
Employees on an overseas assignment can use the Benefit Station and the
RakuPo Plan as usual.
Rules for retiring employees
Retiring on 1-15th: Employees can use their points until retirement day.
Retiring on 16th - end of month: Employees can apply and use their points
until the closing date (15th) of the retirement month.
(2) Healthy Point exchange rate 1 Healthy Point= ¥1
(3) Date of Healthy Point provision Healthy Points are provided on April 1 every year. Employees who joined the
company in the middle of the fiscal year receive Healthy Points on the first day of
the service-starting month in accordance with (1) “Monthly provision of Healthy
Points.”
2. Payment method
■Automatic payment system (AT)
The automatic payment system allows service users to pay only the difference between the
actual expense and the Healthy Points applied for when they use a facility or receive a service,
by applying for use of Healthy Points when they order a Benefit Station service.
By using this function, users can use services even if they have only a small amount of money
at hand. When a user books accommodation or a tour, Healthy Points are consumed on “the
day when the accommodation is used” instead of the Healthy Point application date. (Use of
Healthy Points is “booked” when the application is made.) For services other than
accommodation/tours, Healthy Points are consumed when the application is made.

Follow the guidance and enter the information
required for booking and the number of Healthy
Points to be used.
A confirmation e-mail is sent to you from the
Customer Center.
You will receive a “Guide to Using the Service” depending on the type of service.
Please confirm the booking details and the number of Healthy Points used for the service
indicated in the “Healthy Points used for the RakuPo Plan” column on the website.
* If you find any error in Healthy Points or if you want to change the number of Healthy Points, please call the
Customer Center no later than the day preceding facility/service use.
* If you do not make any advance request for change, it is assumed that you have agreed to use the Healthy
Points indicated in the column.
* You cannot change the number of points used after using the facility/service. 5
■Cashback system (CB)
The cashback system allows service users to apply to use Healthy Points after using
a service and to receive a refund later as an addition to their salaries.
An application for cashback needs to be accompanied by a receipt or an evidence
document.*

1. I don’t understand the menu system covered by the
Healthy Point program.
Where should I direct my inquiry?
1. Please call the Café Desk or you can check on the special
website for Rakuten. Café Desk: Special inquiry desk on menus covered by the
Healthy Point program

2. I forgot my password to access the website.
What should I do?
2. Click “If you forgot your log-in ID/password” on the
members-only website and apply according to the
guidance. (No reply is given by phone.)
3. I have used up my Healthy Points. Can I continue to use
the Benefit Station?
3. Yes. You can use the services at special membership
prices even if you have no remaining Healthy Points.

4. Service expenses including consumption tax are covered by Healthy Points.
5. Can I carry over my remaining 100 Healthy Points to the next fiscal year?
5. You cannot carry over the remaining points to the next fiscal year.
6. Can I apply to use Healthy Points for a fitness club that I used last summer?
6. Only the receipts issued within the fiscal year are eligible for Healthy Point application. You can apply if you used the fitness club in the same fiscal year. Reimbursement will be made in the next month or the month after that.
* The month of reimbursement varies according to the company.
7. Until when can I use my Healthy Points at the end of the fiscal year?
7. You can use your points until March 15. However, cashback applications need to be made by the preceding business day if March 15 is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.
8. I made a Healthy Point application through the Internet but I have received no reimbursement. Why is that?
8. Did you attach an evidence document (e.g., receipt) to the application form? You may have made only an Internet application and not submitted an application form. If you have already submitted the form, please confirm with the Café Desk.
9. I applied to use 15,000 Healthy Points but only the amount for 10,000 points was reimbursed. Why is that?
9. Healthy Point application is adjusted if the expense includes any item that is not covered by the program. Please confirm your application history.

10. May I submit a copy of a receipt? 10. Basically, copies are not accepted so as to prevent double
applications. For details, please see the “Menu List” in this

11. Do I have to submit an original receipt? 11. An original receipt (or an original of an equivalent document
that evidences a payment by a member) needs to be
attached. For details, please see the “Menu List” in this
manual.
12. I lost my receipt. May I submit a sales slip or a credit
card customer copy instead of the receipt?
12. No, you may not. Please have your receipt reissued. For details, please see the “Menu List” in this manual.
13. Does the Proviso column on the receipt need to be
filled?
13. Please make sure to have the proviso column filled with the
purpose of the payment so that we can assess whether or
not the payment is covered by the RakuPo Plan and whether
or not Healthy Points can be used.
Use of Healthy Points is not approved if the proviso is unclear.
(Receipts indicating usage details are acceptable.)
14. Can I consolidate applications for sports and self-
development in one application form by attaching
receipts for both?
14. No, you can not. Please make separate applications attaching an evidence
document for different menu categories.
15. No receipt was issued when I made an account transfer.
What should I attach as an evidence document?
15. A payment receipt or a bank transfer statement (including a
ATM statement) can be used. However, these documents
are approved only when a document indicating payment
details is attached additionally. For details, please see the
“Menu List” in this manual.
16. Please let me know the effective period and application
period of receipts for services.
