Process Description

The proposed cement grinding plant of 0.15 MTPA capacity will be produce

Portland pozolona cement by using clinker, fly ash and gypsum. The project

emphasizes on start of art technology with environmental friendly plant concept.

The process selected for the grinding system is the art high pressure roller press

with single chamber ball mill technology.

Clinker stock pile

Clinker from stock pile will be fed into cement mill by conveyer belt

Mill feeding hoppers

Provided with 3 hoppers each one for clinker, fly ash and gypsum. Weight feeders

are installed in outlet of all the hoppers and the same is discharging to belt

conveyer which feeds raw materials into cement mill

Cement Mill

The clinker, fly ash and gypsum is ground in the cement mill to produce cement

Cement Silo

The packaging plant will be located separately. The proposed silo will be a flat

bottom with two outlets feeding into the junction box. The junction box will have

two outlets to feed bucket elevator

Packaging plant

The separated cement is transferred via air slides and elevated by bucket

elevators to feed the storage silos. The cement is then packed in electronic rotary

packers in dust free environment and is loaded to trucks by mechanical loaders.
