Marinara:2 cups sun dried tomato covered in water for 2 or more hours2 small cloves garlic1/8 red onion chopped6 basil leaves1 medium tomato chopped1 tsp. Himalayan salt1/8 tsp oregano

Blend everything including tomato soak water in blender or puree in a food processor until smooth.

Ricotta:3 ½ cups macadamia nuts , cashews or walnuts soaked 2 or more hours½ cup pure water

2 cloves garlic4 Tbs light miso paste1-2 Tbs. Lemon juice½ tsp. Italian seasoning

Puree in a food processor or blend until fluffy.
