Introduction
The 6th annual RDC Summit will take place September 25 – 27, 2013!!!
Over the years, the RDC Summit has attracted Payments professionals for many reasons: to learn about
developments in RDC, interact with industry experts and peers, network with solution providers, learn best
practices, join in engaging discussions, understand risks and risk management, and much, much more.
The RDC Summit has enjoyed the support of the industry and we are honored to work – on a daily basis – with
the subject-matter experts, leading solution providers and industry pioneers that continue to contribute to the
evolution of the Remote Deposit Capture and the Payments industry. Over the past 5 years, it has been our
pleasure to bring great minds together at the annual RDC Summit.
Our 2012 event was a huge success! Over 95% of the attendees who completed the overall conference
evaluation survey agreed they would recommend the RDC Summit to colleagues. On a scale of 1-5 (1 = poor, 3
= Average, 5 = excellent), attendees gave the sessions an overall score of 4.6! The quality and caliber of the
speakers was also quite impressive, with an overall average rating of 4.6!

concurrent sessions.
The ratings are based upon a scale of 1-5:

Important Tabletop Information: 1. Exhibitors who plan to perform online demonstrations are recommended to secure internet connectivity via the

2. Tabletop displays that fit on a 6’table are permitted. Banner stands and murals that fit behind the 6’ table are also
permitted as long as they do not exceed 8’ in length and 8’ in height.
3. Exhibitors are given the opportunity to select the location of their tabletop within the exhibit hall. The order in
which exhibitors select tabletops is based upon the exhibitor’s total spend with www.RemoteDepositCapture.com
during 8/1/12 – 7/31/13 and the RDC Summit 2013. – no longer available
4. Tabletop selection will take place on AUGUST 28, 2013 from 2PM – 3PM – EASTERN TIME. Each Exhibitor who
wishes to participate will be notified with instructions. The Primary Event Contact and will be advised of the tabletop
selection process (performed via WebEx) prior to August 28, 2013. Should the Exhibitor not be available to select a

The Technology Showcase sponsorship allows the Sponsor to actively promote their products and services to attendees
on Wednesday, September 25, 2013. A maximum of 6 Technology Showcases will be held during various time slots
between 2:45 – 5:00 PM – immediately following the In-Depth Sessions. Technology Showcases are available free of
charge to conference attendees up to a maximum of 50 people. Competing Solution Provides are not permitted to

RDC SUMMIT 2013 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. INSTALLATION & REMOVAL: No installation work will be permitted after the opening of the exhibit hall without consent of Remote Deposit Capture, LLC. Exhibit installation and dis-mantling must comply with schedule as communicated by conference organizer. All exhibits shall be operational throughout the entirety of the conference(s). Thereafter, packing and removal shall be done as quickly as possible. Exhibitors shall not deface or harm the property in which the exhibits are housed. Nothing shall be tacked, nailed or screwed to walls, floors, columns or other parts of the hotel without the permission of Remote Deposit Capture, LLC and the hotel. Any signage must be approved in writing by Remote Deposit Capture, LLC. 2. STORAGE AND HANDLING: Storage and handling arrangements for any of exhibitor’s property should be made through designated facilities at the appropriate hotel(s). 3. USE AND CARE OF EXHIBIT SPACE: No part of the tabletop exhibit may be more than 8 feet high, 8 feet long and 6 feet deep. No part of an exhibit shall obstruct the view of adjacent tabletops. Exhibits shall not be unduly noisy, glaring, or otherwise objectionable. Audio-visual and other sound effects will be permitted only where and when they do not interfere with activities in adjacent tabletops. The exhibitor shall maintain his exhibit in good order at his own expense. Exhibitors shall comply with any municipal, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, fire and safety codes, building codes, the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and all laws relating to access by disabled persons. 4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Except within the rented tabletop area, the following activities are prohibited by any exhibitor: sale of goods or taking orders for sale of equipment, products, services or supplies; conducting lotteries, raffles or drawings except when gratis to persons registering; drawings that require RDC Summit attendees to be present to win or distribution to attendees of printed matter, samples, souvenirs, and the like. Food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages may not be brought in from outside sources. Conference Registrations may not be resold. 5. SUBLETTING SPACE: Exhibitors may not sublet or assign any part of their tabletop space, nor advertise or display goods or services other than their own. 6. FAILURE TO OCCUPY SPACE: Unless prior approval for delayed occupancy is received from Remote Deposit Capture, LLC, any exhibit tabletop not occupied by the assigned exhibitor by opening time of the exhibit hall at the appropriate conference(s), may be reassigned or used by Remote Deposit Capture, LLC without refund to the exhibitor. 7. SOCIAL FUNCTIONS: Exhibitors may not conduct social functions in the exhibit area or in public areas of the hotel during the conference. Exhibitors may conduct social functions in "hotel suites" with the written approval of Remote Deposit Capture, LLC. Social functions shall be scheduled at a time which will not interfere with RDC Summit scheduled activities. Remote Deposit Capture, LLC must receive a copy of the function announcement or invitation two weeks in advance of mailing. 8. PUBLICTY MATERIAL, PHOTOGRAPHS AND MEDIA: Remote Deposit Capture, LLC reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Remote Deposit Capture, LLC in the course of the event for whatever use deemed proper by Remote Deposit Capture, LLC and has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of attendees, exhibitors and their exhibits including its contents, in any pictorial medium of any nature
whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without compensation to exhibitor, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be Remote Deposit Capture’s sole property, free of any claims of exhibitor or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the exhibitor. 9. SECURITY & INSURANCE: Exhibitors shall exercise reasonable care for the protection of their materials and display in the designated hotel exhibit hall and/or concourse. Remote Deposit Capture, LLC officers, directors, members and staff are not responsible for the safety of the property or the exhibitor, his agents, or employees, or harm or damage to such persons resulting from theft, fire, accident, or any other cause. In order to protect exhibitor, Remote Deposit Capture, LLC, the City, and the Facility and your exhibit and property against loss, damage, theft or injury of any nature, and any claims arising from any activities conducted at the Facility, exhibitor, at its own expense, is required to carry all insurance and/or policy riders necessary to cover all exhibits. 10. CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE: If Remote Deposit Capture, LLC fails to hold its conference as herein provided, or fails to furnish exhibitor space as stated herein, including circumstances of acts of God, war, strikes and other reasons beyond the reasonable control of Remote Deposit Capture, LLC, it shall refund to exhibitor any charges paid hereunder however Remote Deposit Capture, LLC may retain the portion of the fee necessary to recompense it for expenses incurred up to the time of termination. However, it is explicitly understood that relocation of the conference shall not constitute a failure to hold the conference as provided herein. Such refund shall be accepted by exhibitor as full settlement of any loss or damage suffered or claimed by exhibitor. Remote Deposit Capture, LLC will not be responsible for expenses incurred by exhibitors involved with a cancelled conference including but not limited to travel expenses. 11. CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION BY EVENT ATTENDEE: Cancellations and requests for refunds by event attendees will be honored only if notification of registration cancellation is received in writing via facsimile or electronic mail by 8/23/13. Cancellation requests received via telephone will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus a $200.00 processing fee if the request is received by 8/23/13. NO REFUNDS will be granted after 8/23/13. All attendee registration cancellation requests should be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 1-888-290-1581. 12. CANCELLATION BY EXHIBITOR: The exhibitor must notify Remote Deposit Capture, LLC in writing in event that it will not occupy the exhibit space stated herein. A cancellation fee will be due to Remote Deposit Capture, LLC as follows: • Cancellations received on or before 4/12/13 will incur a $500 cancellation fee, • Cancellations received from 4/13/13 to 7/24/13 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit space fee, • Cancellations received on or after 7/25/13 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibit space fee. 13. CANCELLATION OF SPONSORSHIP OPPORTNITIES: The Sponsor must notify Remote Deposit Capture, LLC in writing in the event of a Sponsorship cancellation. A cancellation fee will be due to Remote Deposit Capture, LLC as follows: • Cancellations received on or before 4/12/13 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total sponsorship fee, if applicable said sponsorship fee will be based upon the number of registered attendees on the date of the cancellation,
• Cancellations received from 4/13/13 to 5/30/13 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total sponsorship fee, if applicable said sponsorship fee will be based upon the number of registered attendees on the date of the cancellation, • Cancellations received 5/31/13 to 6/27/13 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total sponsorship fee, if applicable said sponsorship fee will be based upon the number of registered attendees on the date of the cancellation, • Cancellations received on or after 6/28/13 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total sponsorship fee, if applicable said sponsorship fee will be based upon the number of registered attendees on the date of the cancellation. In case of inclement weather, any outdoor reception(s) will move indoors and not include the cabana/pool setting. 14. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY Exhibitor agrees to assume sole responsibility and liability for all damages and injuries arising out of, resulting from, or in any manner connected with its exhibit (including installation and dismantling) that may be suffered by (a) exhibitor and his employees and representatives (b) other exhibitors and their employees or representatives, (c) conference participants, guests or visitors, (d) the hotel and the owners, employees and representatives thereof, and (e) any other persons lawfully on or about the conference premises. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Remote Deposit Capture, LLC, its members, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, actions, judgments, suits, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, or disbursements of any kind or nature whatsoever, which may be imposed on, incurred by, or asserted against Remote Deposit Capture, LLC in any way relating to or arising out of this Agreement and/or exhibitor’s use of exhibit tabletops at the event. The exhibitor further agrees to obtain, maintain and pay for general insurance coverage in amounts sufficient to insure against liability assumed. 15. CHOICE OF LAW: The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Further, the parties agree that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia to the exclusion of the court of any other state, territory, or country. In connection with any litigation the prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. 16. NOTICE: All notices relating to this Agreement including any cancellation notices must be in writing and sent certified mail return receipt requested or by overnight delivery service with confirmation of delivery to Remote Deposit Capture, LLC 12850 Hwy 9N, STE 600, PMB320 Alpharetta, Georgia 30004. 17. PRIVACY POLICY: The RDC Summit is hosted by Remote Deposit Capture, LLC dba www.RemoteDepositCapture.com. By registering for this event, you and any attendee(s) to whom the registration(s) is/are transferred to provide Remote Deposit Capture, LLC the irrevocable right to use your likeness for advertising, trade and promotion and acknowledge our Privacy Policy located at www.RemoteDepositCapture.com. 18. All sponsors and exhibitors must be approved and accepted as such by Remote Deposit Capture, LLC and adhere to deadlines.
