Salesperson First RenewalSalespersons renewing their license for the first time are required to complete a 45-hour first renewal, consisting of:

• Five separate 3-hour subjects in Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management

• 18 hours of consumer protection• 12 hours of either consumer service or consumer protection

Broker First RenewalBrokers renewing their license for the first time are required to complete a 45-hour first renewal, consisting of:

• Six separate 3-hour subjects in Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, Risk Management, and Management & Supervision
