Evidences Reasons

I have completely enjoyed studying Managing People and Organisation (MBA

certificate stage) at Birmingham City University. Here I am going to mention the

reasons that why I find it important to conclude the evidence to support my

presentation and group work.

During last 10 weeks I worked on several tasks in an assigned group. It was a

very enjoying and learning experience. Throughout number of activities I have

gain valuable experience which eventually will help me to excel my career. We

have been assigned different tasks which later we divided among group

members. For Instance,

Contract 

Group contract come into existence since we have decided make our

commitments documented. There number of ways we decided to work together

such as communication through email, telephone, sms, group meeting. Contract

is necessary to make everyone to bind the legal requirements so that in real life

while working exercise we should not find difficulties.

Challenges of Management

There are number of internal and external challenges an organisation may face.

We had to shown in power point presentation on what resources have to utilize

to make a successful organizational management.

SWOT & PESTEL analysis

SWOT and PESTEL is very wide analysis. During our research on presentation

tasks we divided part of work among members and this made us easier to

concentrate on one particular subject. This helped us to make deeper research

on one given subject. Then we grouped the research made by every member

and finally made PPT slides. This also shows our integrity in one group. That is

why I included Power point presentation slides in group task.

Negotiation

This part was most enjoyable part since we had given case study to reduce the

company¶s cost on unnecessary things. We had big arguments with other group

members. With the help of cooperation from other members we successfully

manage to find solution at right time to the case we have been given to study.

This is very important task for every management to address the issue at certain

time frame. Since our group successfully completed this task I find it important

to include it as evidence of case study.

Presentation on Recruitment:

This task was a group activity. We have given presentation on theory of 

recruitment. We also discuss internal and external advantages and

disadvantages of recruitment sources. we have also coverd number of question

recruitment might ask to employee which can be consider discriminative. We all

in our group are from different cultural background we found some recruitment

laws in different countries are strange and weird. We wanted to present

different laws in different countries make lot of difference. During power point

presentation we have concluded recruitment laws in South East Asian county

Thailand.

Induction:

In week nine we asked to make an induction program from 9 to 5. We created

an induction plan and we decided to induct the class. The topic we cover in

induction is team work. We have worked on induction activity . You can see the
