Dear Parents/Carers

VISIT TO SEE WE’RE GOING ON A BEAR HUNT AT ST GEORGES HALL-

TUESDAY 2 ND FEBRUARY 2016

Reception have been given the fantastic opportunity to go to see Michael Rosen’s award winning book ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ brought to the stage at St George’s Hall Bradford on Tuesday 2nd February.

We will be leaving school at 12:50pm on a coach and should return to school by 3:00pm (depending on traffic).

The total cost of the visit is £8.66 per child which includes the entry fee, coach fare and insurance. This will be subsidised by the school which pay £5.66, we do have to ask for a voluntary contribution of £3.00 towards the cost. If insufficient contributions are received we may have to cancel the trip.

Your child will need to wear their Fagley Primary School uniform. Can I also ask you to make sure your child has suitable outdoor clothing, in case of bad weather and sensible footwear?

As part of our safety policy we need to make sure we have an up to date telephone number for each child before we go on any trips. Can you please complete the form below and return to school as soon as possible?
