The Zinfandel sourced for OZV comes from some of the family’s old vines averaging over 30 years in age. With all of our OZV wines, we strive to capture Lodi’s true Zinfandel heritage in every bottle. TASTING NOTES An earthy bouquet with fruit-forward flavors of cherry, raspberry and red licorice. FERMENTATION & AGING Cold soaked for 48 hours, then fermented over eight days on cool grape skins to retain the fresh and bright aromas. Aged for nine months with French oak and American oak. California native varietal. The Zinfandel sourced for OZV comes
