Relocation of 9 offices and 5 office expansion projects in Asia-Pacific giving a wide range of support to businessesMovement of over 3,000 staff throughout the regionKey member of relocation task force involving Project team, CRE, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Security, EventsImplemented mail/print strategies for each office:

Streamlined services by centralization and collaboration with ITGained saves on operational costs for all projectsGained energy efficiencies by reducing equipment and installing latest technologies

Build-out of world class multimedia facilities throughout all officesGained additional office space by advising businesses in off-site storage and records managementExperienced in working with project teams, CRE, architects, engineers, cabling contractors in getting all projects delivered on timeWorked closely with the businesses up-front to ensure services met their requirementsDrafted detailed budget requests for build-out and running of CS services and presented to management for approvalWorked closely with procurement team in vendor negotiation for build-out and running costs to be within budgetEnsured Firm branding guidelines were being adhered to across all officesDesigned and produced relocation newsletters, move handbooks and worked with IT on “My Move” website
