1. PROJECT PARTICULARS
1. Project Scope : Conducting survey and Asset mapping of existing infrastructure
in UHP Ameerpet.
2. Location : Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
3. Type Of Hospital : UHP.
4. Total Site Area : 0.15 Acre.
5. Builtup area : 204.721 Sqm.

2. INTRODUCTION:
TSMSIDC is coming up with prposals of upgrading existing hospitals as per latest specifications
and standards. In this regard TSMSIDC called the consultants to take up the survey and collect the
details about infrastructure available in each hospital.
The Scope of Work includes :
Preparation of detailed Survey plan.
Preparation of Block wise As built Drawings with internal accommodation and Room
dimensions.
