Specific steps of Lesson Plan (3-5 sentences. Include lesson format, activities, and details to replicate):To ensure the lesson plan is delivered properly, the following specific steps will be implemented:

During the 1st and 3rd quarters, Students will participate in general assemblies by class to discuss school-wide expectations and consequences. The assembly will also contain positive examples which will model respect.

During the Intake Process for new students in Guidance, incoming students will be introduced to the school-wide expectations and consequences through video.

Students will also watch a School-wide video “Soaring Eagles” played during morning announcements.Lesson Plan Dates & Times (also document in classroom plans AND master calendar – minimum of 4 dates)1. Initial teaching: During the week of August 29 – September 1, 20162. 1st Quarter General Assembly3. Throughout the 2016 -2017 School Year, weekly new student orientation process4. 2nd Quarter General AssemblyWho is responsible for teaching the Lesson Plan?Administration/Discipline Team (Assistant Principals & Behavior Specialists) and Classroom Teachers
