Resume

Professional Profile Over the last 5 years I have presided as National Sales Manager with an up and coming bicycle wholesale business which has exclusive distribution of several leading international brands. In this role I have drawn upon previous experience in the industry and recognition of the importance of excellent customer service and reliability as a supplier. In addition to managing, developing sales targets and strategies, recruiting and being accountable for the performance of the IBD sales and customer service team I have worked closely with key accounts including Amart and Rebel Sports of the Supercheap Auto group. Previously, over a 3 year period, I developed and consolidated skills required to work effectively in the real estate industry. Working principally as a sales consultant I became familiar and increasingly proficient in all the essential aspects of prospecting, listing, marketing, managing, and negotiating the sale of property. Prior to this, as an experienced Product Manager in the bicycle industry, I used my creative and strategic skills to implement product range analysis and development from opportunity identification to profit management. Worked extensively developing product ranges supplied to both the Mass Market and the Independent Bicycle Specialist distribution channels. Coordinated with other Sales and Marketing team members to develop ideas and implement marketing plans and strategies. I successfully developed products and product ranges to take advantage of changing market trends and customer needs with notable emphasis on key accounts BigW and Kmart. My skills developed through experience. As a Product Manager I developed abilities in effective procurement from and ongoing evaluation of mainly Asian supply sources, price negotiation, specification, QA, supply and development of meaningful business relationships. I am focused, driven by commitment to complete a task to high standards, have an attention to detail, the ability to listen and am able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including local and overseas suppliers, customers and sales/marketing teams.
