This  letter  is  written  in  support  of  the  application  of  Ms.  Jenny  Bumba,  who  I  have  known  for  the  past  five  years  since  she  started  working  at  Sauk  Valley  Community  College  as  Senior  Graphic  Artist  and  Print  Shop  Manager.  

 

Jenny  is  exceptionally  talented  and  she  was  single-­‐handedly  responsible  for  elevating  all  college  publications,  advertising,  and  the  environment  on  campus  to  award  winning  quality.  Every  piece  of  print  media  took  on  a  quality  the  entire  campus  takes  pride  in.  Her  skill  and  creativity  are  combined  with  an  intense  work  ethic  and  the  ability  to  complete  multiple  projects  at  the  same  time.  

 

In  addition  to  amazing  artistic  skill  and  high  production  capability,  Jenny  is  a  warm,  friendly  team  player  who  works  well  with  others  and  always  has  the  goals  of  the  college  and  success  of  students  as  her  top  priorities.  Always  willing  to  do  what  it  takes  to  get  the  job  done  she  frequently  stays  late  and  comes  in  on  weekends.  She  has  an  excellent  knowledge  of  the  latest  technology  and  has  consistently  demonstrated  she  is  an  outstanding  employee.

It is with immense pleasure that I write a recommendation for Jenny Bumba. I strongly recommend my colleague, Jenny Bumba, for a position in Graphic Design. I have had the pleasure of working alongside her for four years in the Marketing Department, where she has been entrusted with a great deal of responsibility. As a Senior Graphic Designer and Print Shop Supervisor, Jenny does all the design and printing for events both internally and externally.

I have had the opportunity to observe Jenny’s professional skills as well as interpersonal style. She is consistently pleasant, and takes on all assignments with enthusiasm and dedication. She has great vision, creativity, and talent that enables her to excel at all she does. Jenny is a great team player, working well with others as well as independently.

Regardless of deadlines or other pressures, Jenny always delivers. Her superior organizational skills and ability to multitask make her a true asset to any department. In addition to her great work ethic, she is also an award winning graphic designer. Jenny has won awards from Graphic Design USA every year that I have worked with her. Her outstanding talents are known and appreciated both within the organization and outside of the organization.
