company the sale of last closing of Bihar Jharkhand was Rs. 26.00 lacs with 54 distributors in which 39 were in running at present, the company’s sale in my territory is Rs. 1.50 Cr. per month with 140 distributors in which 135 is in regular business.

1st Aug. 2004 to 7th Dec. 2007:

Worked as Area Sales Manager with M/s SHRI BANKE BIHARI SPICES PVT. LTD. NEW DELHI. Its brand name is “PRESIDENT”and deals in Spices. My Working area was Bihar & Jharkhand. My Job responsibilities were to appoint and control distributors network as well as Sales Staff, Launching new Products and collect proper feedback and make strategic Planning to improve Brand equity, control credit of the company, monitoring Scheme, motivate Sales Staff and distributor, achieve assign target with the help of subordinate sales staff, ensure the high visibility of the products. I have launched this brand in Bihar and Jharkhand within one and half years, the sale was at 10 lacs in Bihar with 59 running distributors, and in Jharkhand the sale was 4.6 lacs with 28 running distributors.

3rd Jan, 2001 to 31st July, 2004:

Worked as Sales supervisor with M/s Dharampal Satyapal Group, Noida, In it’s T&R Division with Bran like “ Tulsi Zarda, Rajnigandha Pan Masala, Pass Pass mouth freshener and Tulsi Mix Gutkha, Rajni Sweet Supari, etc. I have joined this company at Berhampur H.Q. in Orissa State. I had worked all part of Orissa, after that I have get transferred to Jharkhand, Here I have looked after all Northern Jharkhand.
