RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising one or more Inventory Control Specialists; assists in hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplining employees
Works closely with the Inventory Control Specialists in all aspects of warehouse functions
Planning, organizing and implements inventory operations and procedures; supervising Physical Inventory Count. Provides proper accounting for year-end-adjustment to General Ledger
Reviews daily inventory activity; maintains accurate inventory master files, manufacturer and CATALOG numbers, minimums and material descriptions
Remains current on new and obsolete materials. Maintains adequate levels of inventory stock Report on daily basis on the exact quantities available in the stock Receives delivered supplies, materials and equipment from suppliers as well as re-stocks and inspects
items returned into inventory Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and
handling, including labelling, stocking and organizing stock items on shelving Monitoring the quantities available on stock with a clear picture of the material delivered (to whom
and when) Provides radio-dispatch delivery of materials and equipment to field crews Reviews receiving records, maintains receiving records on file until invoice is received Reconciles invoices with correct receiving record, and then forwards both to buyer at given mail
address Reviews purchase order requests and compares expenditures with budget appropriations; prepares
and reviews monthly Capital Budget reports Researches vendor, pricing, and manufacturer information; inputs all required data to initiate all
Warehouse requisitions and purchase orders Prepares re-order reports with quantities required for inventory stock and forwards to Buyer at City

on back orders Negotiates terms with suppliers. Participates in the evaluation of various warehouse-associated

Issues supplies, materials and equipment to customers Perform other tasks as may be required by the management or/and for the good progress of the
project Ensure best ethics practices are enforced within all project activities Operates indoor and heavy duty outdoor forklifts and other necessary vehicles and equipment involved
with issuing and stocking materials Assist PM/CM and other site management staff in our daily duties by given them accurate information
on stock and “in/out” material Coordinate with subcontractors in order to deliver them the material approved in each request for
material (which has been approved by the PM) Check all materials when they arrive on site (following our contracting procedures for “incoming
goods”) in coordination with the QA/QC section and immediately implement these new items in the stock list
Prepare the check out voucher following the request for materials which have been approved by the PM or CM
Inform in an immediate basis the CM/PM when material requested is no more available Protect all delivered goods on site in order to avoid any damage and in charge of loading/unloading of
all materials up until their final location (could be done in coordination with our subcontractors) Ensure the Security of the warehouse and other materials which are not able to be stored there Handling Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Material
