At present I am working As a Logistc Incharge in Future tyres Pvt. Ltd. In Kalol I have handle wharehouse & packaging & Logistic with all the invoicing for the domestic & Export loading. And inventory controlling.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizing and monitoring transport of goods in the organization. Monitoring the supply and delivery of materials both inside and outside the
company. Getting the paper work done for transport department. Submitting reports to accounts and administration department. Maintaining low inventory. Communicating with manufacturers suppliers, and transport companies.
Develop detailed weekly and monthly freight .Dispatch’ A’ class item to the party for job Work. Negotiate transportation rates or services. Supervise the work of logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers. Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or
processes. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes,and other techniques for
maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
ExportCommunication/Dealing with Transporter, Freight Forwarder and Shipping Companies for freight negotiationCo-ordinate with packing, Production, merchandising department, clearing & forwarding agents and buying agent. Shipment details intimation to buyers.Ensuring Smooth daily project Operations.Coordinating with CHA providing all the required documents for exportCo-ordinate with Transporter for container follow-up.Follow-up with line or forwarder for EP copy.
