    2. TNH CHT:Resveratrol (CTPT: C14H12O3; cn gi l 3,4',5-trihydroxystilbene, 3,4',5-

    stilbenetriol hay 5-(p-hydroxystyryl)resorcinol) c xp vo nhm stilbenoid,nhm phenol v nhm phytoalexin, trong thin nhin. C c tnh chng oxy ha,khng vim v em li nhiu li ch cho h huyt mch.     2.1.L tnh:

    2.2.Ha tnh:

    Resveratrol thhin y tnh cht ca mt phenol, v ca mt alkene.
