    Title of the Project:

    Revenue Collection System

    INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT: -

The purpose of this manual is to familiarize the people interacting with the technology, at

the user level, to become confident in using the system.

The Revenue Collection Module emphasizes the importance of regular monitoring. The

precise indicators reflect eh ongoing situation promptly up to the RI level. This system gives a

report on the performance of the RIs in competition with each other in terms of collection. The

revenue collection deals with supervision and monitoring of collection of land revenue,

processing proposals for allotment of government land, protection of government land and other

land related matters. The subordinate offices in the field are offices of !ubcollector, Tahasils

and Revenue Inspectors. The module presented here is a part of the whole profile of revenue

department and deals with the monitoring part of "C# statements.

The software eliminates various limitations li$e time and resources spent on moving files

and thus information to the deciding authority, time ta$en for ta$ing out cumulative reports, etc.

%ere a Collector would find important informative resources necessary for monitoring

the performance of all the RI circles and thus the overall collections of the state li$ewise. &lso, it

would highlight the balance to be collection and the progression of the performance of an RI.

LIMITATION AND DRAWBACKS OF SYSTEM: -

The e(isting process e(ploit human labour adversely. Tenants are not given any revenue to the )ovt. by showing their false report.

Consolidation of Revenue Collection from the Tenant is time consuming.

Most of the time is felt that the amount spent towards salary is found more than the

    amount derived from Revenue.

    OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:

The Information of the system should be available through Internet and Intranet both.

&nybody will view the entire system of a particular area through the Internet according to

    his*her re+uirements.

-obody will change in the e(isting format of the !ystem.

The purpose of the system is to familiarize the people interacting with the technology

    through Internet and manually.

    PROJECT CATEGORY:-

    What i I!t"#!"t: -

The Internet began in the year '/0s as e(periment. Its goal was to create a truly resilient

information networ$ one that could withstand the loss of several computes without preventing

the others for communicating. !uch as -uclear attac$, the 1.!. "epartment of defense provided

the initial funding. The early Internet was mostly limited to educational institutions and defensecontractors. Then rapidly it spreads into tools for academic collaboration, allowing researchers

across the globe to share information. In early '0s, Modems were created that could wor$ over

e(isting phone lines and the Internet began to open up to commercial users. In '2, the first

%TM3 browser was created and the Internet revolution began.

    E R DIAGRAM

& detailed, logical, and graphical representation of the entities, associations, and data elements

for an organization or business area.

& type of diagram used in data modeling for relational databases. These diagrams show the

structure of each table and the lin$s between tables.

The ;ntityRelationship model is a data model for highlevel descriptions of conceptual data

models, and it provides a graphical notation for representing such data models in the form of

entityrelationship diagrams. !uch data models are typically used in the first stage of

informationsystem designP they are used, for e(ample, to describe information needs and*or the

type of information that is to be stored in the database during the re+uirements analysis.
