Firm Profile
Founded in 2003, Robert G. Sinclair Architecture is a boutique architecture and interiors firm specializing in innovative design and refined residences throughout the country.
Our design process is client focused resulting in a collaborative vision through meetings, sketching, 3-dimensional illustration and ultimately construction. Our attention to detail and extensive work with craftsmen alleviates the immense amount of questions that traditionally accompany design build processes. As part of our design process we incorporate site analysis, design evaluation, and client needs thorough documentation and construction oversight to execute the total project vision.
We work with clients on projects of all magnitudes from comprehensive site selection and master planning to tailored renovations that feel a part of a site’s history. Whether a project entails traditional or contemporary design, we pride ourselves on our knowledge base to execute any project.

Robert G. Sinclair
Rob began his career in architecture Newport Beach, California, following graduation from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. After working in high end residential design he received his Master’s Degree in Architecture from Syracuse University. RGSA was founded in 2003 on the principles of architectural integrity, a desire to oversee the design and management of each project, and the belief that client relationships should be stronger upon completion of a project than at its commencement.
Paul J. De Leeuw
While studying for both a BS and MS in Architecture at UW - Milwaukee, Paul began his career with a small firm in downtown Milwaukee. Following a three year tenure, he accepted a position as Project Designer with a firm recognized as Wisconsin’s American Institute of Architects “Firm of the Year.” Paul is currently co-heading the firm’s Mid-West studio in Milwaukee. In addition to designing private residences, ranging in aesthetic from traditional to contemporary, Paul also has extensive experience in the design of large-scale neighborhoods, sustainable projects and nationwide Harley Davidson dealerships.
Scott Kraehnke
A native of Milwaukee, Scott began his Architecture career at the early age of sixteen. While still in high school, he began working at a local architecture firm, establishing a foundation of principles that continue to guide him today. Scott continued to work while pursuing both a BFA and Master’s of Architecture from UW - Milwaukee and upon graduation had already amassed a decade of experience in architecture. Scott enjoyed the many aspects of architecture and began working with a national development firm he was able to experience the construction side by participating in their construction company. From custom residential housing to multi-use commercial projects, Scott participated in a varied set of architectural challenges ranging in size and complexity. He is currently co-heading RGSA’s Mid-West studio in Milwaukee.
