RiteLine LLC is a decorator of writing instruments, serving the advertising specialty industry. It is the company’s position that all of our products areintended for general use by all ages, and no product is primarily represented in its packaging, display, promotion or advertising as intended for use by achild 12 years of age or younger.

Company

It is the policy of RiteLine LLC to provide products that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations in regard to quality. In addition, we have always beendiligent in ensuring our products meet all federal and state guidelines for product safety laws such as California Prop 65 and the Consumer Product SafetyImprovement Act (CPSIA). We utilize a component testing program, where raw materials are tested for compliance to federal and state regulations by a third-party laboratory. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) as well as compliance statements from pigment and ink suppliers are also catalogued. In the unlikely case of a product recall the company maintains lot/shipment records that facilitate prompt notification.

Policies and Procedures

Conformity assessments is defined by ISO as “any activity concerned with determining directly or indirectly that relevant requirements are fulfilled.” Thismay include sampling and testing, inspection, certification, and quality and environmental system assessment and registration. With regard to advertising specialties, we provide proof that product and/or processes meet the expectations or requirements of end buyers. Distributors have traditionally reliedheavily on suppliers for support in these areas and our company continuously reviews our policies and procedures for conformance to federal and state regulations, as well as best practice within the advertising specialty industry.

Artwork InstructionsDigital artwork for either PC or MAC should be emailed to RiteLine in vector format with any type converted to outlines. Submitartwork to [email protected]. Non production ready artwork is subject to a $50(G) art charge. Unless specified, all imprints will set for right handed writers. Artwork will be retained for 3 years.

Changes and cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by RiteLine Customer Service. Any cancelled ordermay be subject to charges for work completed prior to cancellation.

All published prices are effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. Terms are net 30 for established customers. Newcustomers must provide credit and bank references with pre-payment. All orders accepted by RiteLine are subject to 5% over/under run. Orders requesting an exact quantity are subject to a $10(G) charge.Overruns/Underruns

Shipping charges are FOB Dallas, Texas. Orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested on order. RiteLine is not responsible forshipping delays by carriers. Shipments cannot be made to a PO Box. C.O.D. shipments are not available.

Shipping

All co-op programs must be reviewed annually and approved in writing. Total quantity used during the program must exceed the end quantity shown in catalog for that item for a program to be renewed. Co-op programs qualify for special pricing and incur a release charge of $7(G) per release.

A Change of Imprint Color charge of $20(G) is applied when an imprint color is changed on any portion of an order.Change of Imprint Color

A charge of $20(G) is applied when there is additional ad copy in an order. Minimum per copy change must be at leastequivalent to the minimum product catalog quantity listed.

Change of Copy

For PMS color matching there is a $20(G) charge. PMS imprint colors are not guaranteed to match barrels, caps, clips or to matchon dark colored items.

PMS Color MatchingAll prices effective January 2015; Current pricing is available on our website, and those prices will prevail.

Set Up Charges

There is a $20(G) Set Up charge for one color, one location on pen barrels. For the second color/location, add .20¢(G) per piece/location and $20(G) Set Up charge.

Screen Printing

There is a $20(G) Set Up charge and .20¢(G) running charge to imprint on pen clips. Please contact factory for availability.Minimums apply.

Clip Printing

There is a $45(G) Set Up charge for laser engraving on select RiteLine Executive metal pens. Free straight line copy using RiteLine standard fonts is available. See list page 53, 2015 RiteLine catalog. All laser engraved Executive pens will be shipped with individual felt sleeve.

Laser Engraving

Laser personalization is available for .40¢(G). Names should be submitted in an Excel file format. If names are submittedin a different format, there is a $50(G) charge per hundred names submitted. For second side personalization there is a .40¢(G) charge.

Personalization

LaseRite 360º™ these is a %50(G) Set Up charge and a .80¢(G) per piece, Run charge. Step and Repeat Engravings wrap around barrel up to a maximum imprint height of 1/4” per imprint. Please contact factory for availability and options.
