Job Description

Acquire the fundamental of RNP&O knowledge in certain type of products; acquire planning skill including feeder

and antenna system, key network parameter, common KPI and able to complete small network dimensioning;

familiar with service criterion; able to complete the implementation of common RNP&O projects and RNPoperational work independently; able to solve common network problems and common RNP complaint under

necessary guidance; able to communicate with customers and conduct training on fundamental RNP&O

technique.

Acquire the basic knowledge, such as basic telecommunication network knowledge, radio propagation theory,

communication principle, basic RNP&O principle and product knowledge; familiar with service criterion and flow;
