DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY Initial deposit of €2,000 for the booking on signing the contract. This deposit will be deducted from the total invoice. 50% must be paid two months in advance of the event. The remaining amount of the pro forma invoice will be paid at the latest one week prior to the event. If when the event is held the agreed number of attendees are not present, the client undertakes to pay for the total number of diners as confirmed five days prior to holding the event. CANCELLATION AND REDUCTION OF SERVICES The hotel must be notified in writing of the cancellation or reduction of the event.

If the menu has not been chosen the total services booked will be calculated by multiplying the number of agreed attendees by the price of the cheapest wedding menu. Total Cancellation From the signing of the contract until 9 months prior to the event, it can be cancelled without penalty, and the deposit will be refunded. Between 9 and 2 months prior to the event, the hotel will not refund the deposit. Between 2 months prior to the event and the date of the wedding (indicate day, month and year), the hotel will invoice for 25% of the total catering services booked, these being understood as the sum of multiplying the number of diners booked by the agreed price per person. Should the hotel succeed in selling the room on the date and at the times cancelled, the hotel would refund the costs invoiced in relation to this cancellation. If when the event is held the agreed number of attendees are not present, the client undertakes to pay for the total number of diners as confirmed five days prior to holding the event. OTHER : Please note that the minimum age for wedding guests is 15 years.

Reduction of Diners From the signing of the contract until 2 months prior to the event, a reduction of 15% of the agreed number of attendees is permitted. If the number is greater than 15%, 20% of the catering services booked will be charged for the number of people cancelled. Between 2 months and 5 working days prior to the wedding, a reduction of 10% of the total number of attendees is permitted. If the number is greater than 10%, 50% of the catering services booked will be charged for the number of people cancelled. Between 5 working days prior to the event and the date of the wedding itself a maximum variation of five diners will be permitted. DATA PROTECTION LAW In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection and Article 12 of Royal Decree 1720/2007, on signing this document you grant your express consent for the data provided during the course of the provision of the service to be collected and handled in a file owned by SOL MELIA S.A., residing at Calle Gremio Toneleros no.24, Palma de Mallorca 07009, Spain. The purpose of this handling is to manage the booking of a function room or dining room for a reception and to provide you with an excellent service as our client and, should you wish, to provide you with commercial information by email, Canal Mail, Telemarketing or Mailing, on the products and services of Sol Meliá and of the companies within the Group, as well as on products and services of third parties associated with the industries relating to leisure and tourism, catering and the sale and promotion of timeshare properties: � I do not agree to receive commercial information as described above. In the same way, you grant your express consent for the data provided and any which may be collected during the course of the provision of the service to be made available to the different Hotels belonging to the Sol Meliá chain, as well as other Companies within the Sol Meliá Group in and outside of Spain for the aforementioned purposes.
