TND series Single-phase high-precision Automatic AC Voltage Stabilizer

Characteristics:The control system consist of a self-coupling voltage regulating transformer and a linear integrated circuit to control the servomotor’s transmission mechanism to regulate the primary and secondary turn ratio of the self-coupling voltage regulating transformer automatically for the purpose of automatic voltage stabilization. It provides output overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent protestions, with low inhereent loss, high efficiency, same voltage waveform between input and output, smooth and stable ouput voltage and so on.

Application:It’s applicable for electric equipment in families, malls, supermarkets, schools, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, labs, etc., which ia an ideal AC voltage stabilizing power supply for office equipment, industrial equipment, household appliances, medical devices, testing struments, and conmmunication equipment.

JJW-D/JJW-S series, Precision Purifying AC Voltage Stabilizer

Characteristics:The JJW-D series precision purifying AC voltae stabilizer adopts the advanced technology of sine energy distribution control. Its main circuit consists of a sine energy distributor and a high-power filter in parallel. When the input voltage of main supply or the output voltage Uo caused by load fluctuations changes, it can change the value and phase of compensation voltage ΔU through the sample circuit, the comparator and trigger to control the bidirectional thyristor’s conduction angle for the purpose of stable voltage output.

The JJW-S series 3-phase voltage stabilizer consist of single-phase voltage stabilizers through the Y-shape connection, so its connection adopts the three-phase four-wire system, which can output 380V line voltage and 220V phase voltage simultaneously.

Characteristics:The DBW/SBW series high-power voltage stabilizer mainly consists of such parts as column caritran, compensator transformer, sampling control circuit , protection control circuit and low-speed synchronous motor mechanism. HDN series,Inverter Power Supply

Characteristics:The HDN series inverter supply is controlled by the imported PWM and driven by the high-power MOS tube (module). Power Supply For Fire Emergency Light

Circuit Connection Plan

Description:

When the mains supply is available, it will be output through KM1 and meanwhile the charge will charge the maintenance-free accumulator.

When the controller detects the failure or undervoltage of mains supply, the inverter will work so that KM1 is switched into the emergency output status to provide electrical energy for the load.

Description:

For the double-input circuit, the external switch K controls the load’s on-off in the mains supply status, and both switching on and off of K will not affect the emergency power supply, KM1 will not pick up unless the controller detects the failure of mains supply, and in that case, both switching on and off of K will not affect the emergency power supply.

Description:

In normal cases, the normal power is output through KM2 and KM1, and meanwhile the charges the maintenance-free accumulator.

When the normal power supply will be put into operation and output though KM3 and KM1.

Only when both normal and standby power supplier fail, the controller will control the inverter to work so that KM1 is switched into the emergency output status to provide electrical energy for the load.

Description:

With this connection type, it’s available for primary load terminal changeover, with EPS serving as the third power supply.

For this type, the changeover device is not inside the EPS.



Selection of EPS capacity1. When the load is an electronic ballast fluorescent lamp, the capacity calculating method of EPS is: EPS capacity=Power sum of electronic ballast fluorescent lamp*1.1 times;

2. When the load is an inductive ballast flourescent lamp, the capacity calculating method of EPS is: EPS capacity=power sum of inductive ballast fluorescent lamp*1.5 times;

3. When the load is a metal halide or sodium lamp, the capacity calculating method of EPS is: EPS capacity=power sum of metal halide or sodim lamp*1.5 times;

4. When EPS is provided with multiple motors which run simultaneously, EPS capacity shall abide by the following principles:

4.1 EPS capacity is equal to: power sum of motors with frequency conversion starting plus power sum of motors with soft starting*2.5 times, sum of motors with star-delta starting*3 times, and sum of motors with direct starting*5 times;

4.2 When EPS is provided with multiple motors witch run individually (not simultaneously), EPS capacity shall abide by the following priniciple:

4.2.1 EPS capacity is equal to power sum of all motors, but the following conditions must be met:

a) Among the above motors, the maximum power of the individual motor with direct starting is 1/7 of EPS capacity;

b) The maximum power of the individual motor with star-delta staeting is 1/4 of EPS;

c) The maximum power of the individual motor with soft starting is 1/3 of EPS;

d) The maximum power of the individual motor with frequency conversion starting is not higher than EPS;

If the above conditions are not met, EPS capacity shall be adjusted in accordance with the maximum of the above conditions, and the srarting of motors shall follow such an order: firstly direct starting; secondly star-delta; thirdly restarting of soft starting; and finally restarting of frequency conversion starting.

4.3 When the YJS series EPS is used with mixedloads, EPS capacity shall abide by the following principle: EPS capacity is equal to the total power sum of all loads, but the following five conditions must be met; if not, EPS capacity shall be determined in accordance with the maximum of them.

a) The power sum of motors with direct starting simultaneously among the loads is 1/7 of EPS capacity.

b) The power sum of motors with star-delta starting simultaneously among the loads is 1/4 of EPS caoacity.

c) The power sum of motors with soft starling simultaneously among the loads is 1/3 of EPS caoacity.

d) The power sum of motors with frequency converter starting simultaneously among the loads is not higher than EPS caoacity.

e) The power sum of motors starting simultaneously is not higher than EPS caoacity.

3. load capacity (meaning the gross load capacity of individual EPS);

4. Load type (meaning for illumination or power); note: When the emergency illumination adopts a metal halide lamp, it shall be particularly noted;

5. Emergency standby time (required emergency power supply time of EPS);

6. Number of output branches (meaning how many loops are required to be output);

7. Whether fire linkage is required an how many branches are required;
