CREW PROFILE

Two; captain and chef/deckhand

Bojan has taken over steering wheel of Sinbadsan in 2014, after 8 years of captain’s career on board of gulets Li-bra (2009 -2013) and Fortuna Dal-mata (2006 -2009). Being one of the most appreciated charter captains on crewed yachts in Croatia, Bojan has been able to choose any yacht for his future career, but unlike most other captains who are looking to pass to bigger yacht, Bojan decided to take position of skipper on Sinbadsan. His reasons were quite selfish; after great deal of maintenance work done, Sin-badsan stands for a yacht that provides excellent comfort for the clients and gives Bojan an opportunity to enjoy more in his work as it is proper sailing yacht that attracts sea and wind lovers. Bojan’s pleasant and welcoming per-sonality, vast knowledge of the area, genuine kindness and care for his guests are some of his merits that are most often mentioned by our guests. By formal education Bojan is maritime traffic engineer graduated on Nautical University in Split, he is married, fa-ther of one child.

Professional chef by formal education who has continued his education on higher levels on many courses and trainings he took over the years, as cooking is his passion and call. After years in prominent restaurants along the coast, Pave took the opportunity to cook under the sails of Sinbadsan as he loved the idea of getting to un-derstand his guests well and prepare meals that will be focused on prefer-ences of each person. As skilled sailor, he makes excellent mate to Capt. Bo-jan, and as outgoing and cheerful per-son, two of them make very positive and vibrant team. Pave will suggest menus based on lo-cal, fresh seasonal ingredients while type of cuisine is not limited – wheth-er guests enjoy Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican or any other type of meals, Pave’s performance will always be on the highest standard.
