COMPANY PROFILE

Sala Concept Company (SCC) was established in August, 2011. The primary focus was ground up residential and commercial construction, multi-family interior renovations and customized modern furniture. Since that time the company has matured and evolved into a construction company that focuses on interior office build out and several ground up projects a year.

Interior construction, including drywall, metal and wood framing, finish work, painting, flooring, acoustic ceiling and grid are done in house, with our own employees. This gives SCC an edge over the competition since we have control that just cannot be obtained through subcontracting to other companies. SCC takes safety to the next level giving scheduled and random drug tests, adding professional training as well as Safety Council training.

Together, with a very qualified group of subcontractors, SCC has performed design/build projects for clients inside BGC, Taguig City, Eastwood City in Libis and other known central districts.

SCC can aid in the selection of quality subcontractors and in the supervision of the project. This can be done by performing a turnkey job for the client. SCC can also assist companies in due diligence of potential purchases and assist management companies with budgeting of repairs and renovations.
