The Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer of subsea valves for the oil, gas and petrochemical industry. As a market leader in this highly competitive industry, they operate at a very fast pace and therefore are always looking to recruit the best people.
The Role
Due to continuous growth within the business, this role is now available based at their Head Office in Knutsford, Cheshire. Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Co-Ordinator,
Primary Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Processing sales orders Resolving order enquiries, Liaising with customers via the telephone Maintaining Sales Order files Compiling and replying to internal and external e-mails General sales administration duties
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working within a manufacturing/ logistics or industrial based environment. You will need to be comfortable with IT systems and databases, be multi-skilled and highly accurate, a good communicator and able to work as part of a small tight team where everyone pulls together. You should be able to work to tights deadlines and have excellent organisational skills.
Successful candidates should:
Have excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to produce highly professional, accurate and informative reports
Be focused and calm under pressure
Demonstrate a professional approach and have high personal standards
Be comfortable with dealing with people on all different levels
