Our employee-controlled firm offers institutional investors a complete range of fixed income, equities, infrastructure, mortgages and real estate investments. Our Branding & Communications team is looking for a digital channel specialist with Salesforce and Pardot experience to manage Greystone’s email campaign program. Reporting to the Senior Vice- President, Branding & Communications, this role will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of Pardot including email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, email metrics evaluation and integration with Salesforce. This opportunity could be based in either our Toronto or Regina offices. Responsibilities: Lead all operational aspects of Pardot and assist the SVP, Branding & Communications in the development of best-in-class strategies related to marketing automation, including A/B test strategies Collaborate with content development teams in the execution of strategic marketing campaigns in support of AUM growth and retention In partnership with Marketing Intelligence & Services, leverage insights from Salesforce to develop future marketing campaigns in support of our growth objectives across multiple channels Develop and track the marketing campaign calendar and update on a quarterly basis as new campaigns are introduced Track, measure and analyze email marketing and nurture campaigns with a view to building on the program’s effectiveness and long-term success Provide training for new and existing users Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or a related field with 3-5 years’ experience with Salesforce and Pardot Prior financial services experience – particularly in an institutional environment would be an asset Self-motivated, results driven, strong attention to detail with a high level of initiative and the ability to execute with excellence Ideal candidate will be team oriented and have the ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders Greystone has been recognized for its unique culture and was a recipient of one of Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures (2012, 2015) by Waterstone Human Capital and Focus Elite (2012, 2013 and 2014) by Focus Consulting Group. Our Branding & Communications team is looking for a digital channel specialist with Salesforce and Pardot experience to manage Greystone’s email campaign program. Reporting to the Senior Vice-
