What is the best Range for me?Some of the laboratory values have optimal ranges that are age and gender dependent.Therefore, it is possible for you to have a normal test result and health recommendationswill still be made for you. Your report will explain how far you are from normal or from youroptimal range.

1. Optimal range−this indicates your results are within range of what isexpected for someone their gender and age.

2. Normal range− this indicates your results are within 95% of what isexpected for someone their gender. This value is not age dependent.

3. Low or High range− this indicates your results are out of the normal rangeand specific recommendations will be made.

4. Critical Low or Critical High panic range− this indicates patients results areseverely out of the normal range and referral or further testing maybeindicated.

How long will it take to make a change in my health?To observe measurable changes in blood laboratory testing, we recommend a 120 day trialof modified lifestyle changes before re−testing. This time frame is varies by individual as theaverage life of the Red Blood Cell is 90 days and nutrient delivery depends on this cellularturnover. Sometimes you will require more frequent monitoring depending on generaloverall health, pre−existing conditions and test results.
