JOB PROFILE Responsible for initiating and maintaining Safety,GMP at the plant, like
maintaining housekeeping index.
Well versed with technologies of Guar-Gum hydration plant.
Well knowledge of testing like Fann viscosity,Brookfield viscosity,Hot & cold viscosity,Density,Protein,Ash,and all analysis of Guar Gum .
To manage food safety team & organize its work.
Responsible for training of the food safety team member’s.
Responsible to ensure that the food safety management system is
established, implemented, maintained & updated.
Responsible for effectiveness & suitability of the FSMS,EOHS .
Microbiological monitoring and validation of hygiene requirements. In charge of pest control, GMP & Housekeeping activities
Produce finished product as per food safety norms. Maintain GMP & Housekeeping of the production area
GMP in storage areas & issuing of incoming material as per their status.
Development, implementation and maintenance of the FSMS system and ensuring housekeeping and training activities in plant .
Well knowledge of documenting all quality procedures, systems, standards, findings, hazards and corrective actions .
Well knowledge of testing like Alkanity, TDS, pH, hardness etc .
Responsible to maintain the hygienic conditions and personal hygiene.
Well aware about calibration of all equipments like pressure gauge, ph meter, conductivity, TDS, Refrectometer etc .
