About The Program: Department of Management Studies Studies, SIRTC, Nashik had organized two days

International Conference on “Excellence in Management through Skill Development” here is the review about

how it unfolded.

With the inspiration, support and best wishes of Hon Chairman of Sandip Foundation Dr. Sandip N. Jha, General

Manager Ms. Mohini Patil and Mentor Prof. P.I. Patil, Department of management Studies have laid the

foundation of said International conference.. The Glory of Sandip Foundation and departmental activities were

placed through video & graphical presentation to the Esteemed Guests & Participants. Dr. Shuchi Gautam

introduced the topic of conference and conducted the program. Prof. Sarika Patil introduced dignitaries to the

participants .

Lavish inauguration of conference was done at hands of Chief Guest Mr. Vlademir Alemosii, Russian Advisor to

General Manager of HAL, Nashik in the presence of;

Being convenor of conference Prof. Dr. Rakesh Patil narrated the theme of conference and expressed his view on

necessity of such platform.

Principal of SIRTC Dr. S. T. Gandhe, threw light on skill development to achieve managerial excellence and need

of educationist to have lion’s share in this field.

Proceedings of international conference i.e. International Journal of Economics and Commerce, was unveiled

at hands of dignitaries present on the dais.

Dignitaries present on dais have expressed their views and share experiences on skill development and their

contribution for the same followed by the speech of chief guest.

Prof. Prabodhan Patil expressed his gratitude to one and all present for conference and their valuable contribution

for the same.

Session-II have had its start up with key note of Dr. Uday Navalekar, Principal Abasaheb Parvekar College

Yavatmal followed by paper presentations by participants;

Day I -Ended with the vote of thanks to the session chair.

The Day II commenced with the review of Day-I by Prof Adesh Solanke in the presence of;

The session commenced with the opening session by Dr. Kailas Shamrao Kadu, which stressed on the importance

of development of skill for management graduates.

Second session was the key note speech delivered by Dr Ashok Matani Associate Professor,Govt. College of

Engineering, Amravati-[MS] where he aptly focused on importance of development of skill for achieving skill

development.

The next session was of paper presentation by the students which was chaired by Dr Sonali Gadekar, Research

Coordinator , MET,IOM Nashik
