● Report RSTRFCEG – Uncheck ‘check only’ box in selection screen. Frequency for regular run: Bi-weekly.

● Report RSTRFCEH – Uncheck ‘check only’ box in selection screen. Frequency for regular run: Bi-weekly.

● Report RSTRFCQDS – Run the report with variant. Sample variant below. Recurring batch job not possible.

1. for all queues with more than 10000 records in SMQ1

2. Set the dates to delete all data older than two years.

● Report RSTBPDEL – Execute with the default option (retention period 1 year). Monitor the job runtime. Cancel & rerun with smaller variant if the job runs in PRD for more than 5 days. Frequency for regular run: Monthly.
