ABSENCE TYPE -2011 Absence are times when employees are not at work for various reasons. Absences is divided into absence types and each absence type is a sub type. SUBSTITUTIONS IT 2003Substitution is temporary replacement for an employee who is absent.Substitution is based on PositionDWS PWSRate AVAILABILITY IT 2004Availability is work performed outside of an employees planned working time. Fixed timesDWSPWSOVERTIME IT 2005Hours worked in additions to the employee's planned working time specified in the DWSTIME QUOTA COMPENSATION IT 0416EMPLOYEE REMUNERATION IT 2010Enter wage type premiums, bonuses manually and specify information directly for payroll. If work with time evaluation, transfer time balance directly using the time transfer specification IT 2012 . These WT are not generated automatically in pay rollTIME EVENTS IT 2011TE are clock-in/out times, entries for off-site and so on which are normally recorded by employees at the time recording terminal. Can manually correct in /out time if forget in IT 2011TIME CONSTRAINT The IT has validity and updated. Employees have many Its records. The system managers this automatically by using time constraints. There are three 3 primary constraints are numbered and various additional constraints of a secondary nature are lettered. TCs are used in TM to prevent undesired overlapping or collision of attendance and / or absences

Time constraint 1 allows only one record to be valid for an employees infotype, with no gaps or overlap. This constraint is used on infotypes that must be accessible at any time, screen message appears Time constraint 2 allows in infotype record for an employee if required, but only one record can be valid. Previous records are delimited if a new record is created and screen message appears.Time constraint 3 allows an infotype to have any number of coexistent records for an employees because the individual records dont affect each other.TIME CONSTRAINT cont..2Time constraint A allows only a single infortype record to exist. This record has no automatic validity period of 01/01/1800 to 12/31/9999. An infotype record with time constrain A cant be deleted.Time constraint B is similar to time constraint A, except that infotype records can be deleted if they are assigned it. Time constraint T signifies that the linotype record are constrained according to the subtype.

TC-1- No gaps & no over lapping in the record, cannot deleteTC-2- no gaps & no over lapping the record, we can deleteTC-3- gaps are allowed overlapping is there, we can delete

PROCESSING CLASSProcessing Class Processing classes helps in the processing of the wage type during the payroll run . Every processing class has its own specifications with which each wage type is processes in different way i.e to determine how the wage type is to be processed based on the their processing class values.System define classes are from 01 to 89 Custom define classes are from 90 to 97 a class for fringe benefits. Counting classes are used to define various counting rules for attendance / absence types.

TIME EVALUATION Time evaluation is a program is generated daily to calculate attendance and absence times on the basis of attendance and absence data
