parameter:

It has the preset value 64 (for Release 4.6), 250 (as of Release
6.20 32bit), or 2047 (as of Release 6.20 64bit).
The short dump contains the following line (or a similar
line:
Unable to fulfil request for 67108864 bytes of memory space.
In this case, the number of bytes is greater than or equal to
67,108,864.
