The boat sails on Sunday morning at 10.00 from Zea port of Piraeus. Upon arrival in Aegina at 11.15 the visitors disembark for a short free tour on the island. Shops can be found here which meet the visitor’s need to buy souvenirs or a beautiful piece of jewelry or a unique item of clothing. Of course the famous Aegina pistachio nuts draw worthwhile attention. Aegina has served as the capital of modern Greece in 1827-1829. Many neoclassical buildings in Aegina along the harbor waterfront are testaments to this era. The pretty harbor breaths the atmosphere of a traditional Greek scene. Serving on board aperitif drinks follows the departure from Aegina. Buffet lunch is to be served while the vessel is sailing through the Poros/Galata straight. The arrival in Hydra at 14.30 gives the visitors three hours to tour the island.
